The balaclavas are the most disturbing part to me for some reason.
The cops on in the left image. Those guys are exposed; like we are. They're reckless. Unsafe.
The cops in the image in the right. They are armored, and carry firearms while concealing their identity. This is illegal for the citizenry. They are safe.
