More than 500 years ago, the great Renaissance physician Paracelsus wrote "dosis sola facit venenum" (only the dose makes the poison). What really matters is not the list of toxins, but how much of them and how they are handled by the body.
Some chemicals are genuinely unprecedented in our bodies and the environment while for others we have had millions of years of evolution to deal with thousands of different toxins in the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat.
If you think "natural is healthy", then you should try eating hemlock or Death Cap mushrooms.
