There's issues here in Texas with people doing that, kind of a Mexican thing I think. Seems like every year someone gets killed from a stray bullet.

Not gun related but last night was like a war zone here, from 11 to 12:30 it was a constant barrage of fireworks. It's hell for pets, but it's kinda neat.
