Didn't see the obvious rule breaking.

They literally reposted removed comments and posts to evade u/loki88's ban.

it's very unlikely they're the same as loki.

Considering the evidence: I think it's likely they're the same person — and if they aren't: it's hard to argue u/bobbobbybob and u/loki88 weren't working together.

As for the ad bots and spammers, I keep seeing a TON of brand new accounts posting random links.

It's loki88; he likes to make a bunch of accounts to post ads and then votes on them with a bunch of blank accounts. It's obvious it's him if we check the IP logs. Not all of them are his, but I know for a fact he's responsible for some of them.

u/friday3 is the anti-American bot u/bobbobbybob got mad at us for banning. It posts articles to gain karma so it can spam copy-pastes about how terrible America is on random posts. I kept the articles but removed the comments, which is what Magnora told me to do when I see it.

Fried beans got the second one for ad spam, and the third one hasn't broken the rules yet. Thanks for reporting them to me!

the third one hasn't broken the rules yet.

I would strike those obvious shill/troll accounts. This may sound like my usual harping on the topic, but make them earn approval from regular users to gain posting, voting, and commenting privileges.

Giving them free accounts to do as they wish only enables this continuing troll drama.
