It is actually weird that people work very hard to accomplish things, but they keep on working and working. As if the goals are never completely reached. And I don't mean that it has to be perfect, but you become part of a system that keeps giving you new work. People often give you extra work, because you are working so hard.
On the other hand, if one takes rest and gets away from the treadmill of work, there can be a lot of enjoyment from even the smallest of things. Things that you would miss, because you were to busy doing work.
