Arguments for this:

  • He is not a military industrial-complex experiment gone wrong.
  • He actually kicked Wolverines ass more than one time.
  • He has a mind and a crew of his own.
  • He knows card games.
  • He is purple
  • He is not Magneto (which could be seen as a complete dark side argument from both povs)
  • He has shown feelings not coinciding with instincts for another human being
