It's nothing close to communism yet. That comes when they actually get totalitarian power. At present it's just chaos pretending to be communism and/or anarchy. (Anarchy, an:no + arch:rulers, but it doesn't mean no rules. So really they actually want no rules, for now, until they can install their thought police.)
