Please use the word racist if you mean racist.

"White supremacist" has a very specific meaning even though some people want to mean just everyone they don't like.

White supremacism is what I used because I live in a country where whites a valued most and blacks are valued least no matter what we do. It's not about actions, it's about race.

Where is this mystical land you speak of? China? No, they value Chinese above anything. Africa? No, actually, most African countries are fairly hostile to white people, as a few South African farmers can probably tell you. The Middle East? Probably not, that's dominated by middle eastern people. South America! No, wait, that can't be it.

I hate to break it to you, but "white" western countries are the only ones that aren't systemically racist to outsiders.
