Almost everyone does this.

I knew one manger in a bank who was obsessed with golf so would only employ traders who played golf. This obviously meant he only gave jobs to men of a very particular background, a much smaller group than a race or religion.

If you want meritocracy strict anti racist, anti classist, etc policies is the only way to get there. Those policies bring their own problems though.

Everyone does this but what you dont realize is when whites do it, the jewish funded legal system drains the hell out of these corporations when one minority tm complains to the government about discrimination! While the courts would never ever think about prosecuting a jew ran buisness.
