I followed the link in Mr Polumbo's story to his review of Rep. Chris Stewart's (R-UT) “Fairness for All Act.” (Warning: highly Ameri-centric policies discussed herein.)

It will not fix anything. It doesn't protect anyone from being sued over "misgendering" a trans person. It is a further compromise destroying freedom of association.

Doctors would not be permitted to turn away a gay or transgender person on the basis of their identity for regular medical services under this law — nor should they be allowed to.

And when Jonathan-Jessica Yaniv (or a "spiritual sister") shows up and demands some manicurist to wax her scrotum? Will manicurists suddenly start advertising themselves as Christian manicurists?

Does it provide penalties for false accusations? (Sadly, even if it did, I doubt such protections would be honored by our current regime.)

Why is there a size limit of 15 employees on these "protections"?

Consider: We are taxed heavily for our "free" education. And since these come out of property taxes, this is a massively regressive tax. What happens when (as it surely will) Protestants go further down the Christian Academy route (and the rest of the Catholics go parochial)? Will this "public accommodation include these schools under a voucher system? Let's say some of these schools hire a hot lunch or custodial service? Does the exemption cover those as well?
