I kinda don't give a shit about the black mermaid thing, but you'd think they could have found someone better than Halle Bailey. Her weird-ass eyes make her look too much like a fish.

I actually think they should of gone with that.

I can't see how she fits the part any other way.

Compare to Moana where they picked some random girl and she was perfect.
