The word racist has more negative social consequences for a white person than the n-word ever had on blacks.

I've started calling black people racist whenever they are blatantly racist against whites. Same with extreme leftists who try to dismiss everyone as a bigot when they're some of the biggest bigots on the planet.

I swear, these people want to be victims SO BAD.

That's exactly right. I am torn about calling it reverse racism, because "racist" is associated with whites. Reverse racism is just as bad as racism, but people don't dismiss it as "blacks can't be racists" usually, but you may get some people saying reverse racism is the same as racism as a response, but that reinforces the idea that you're trying to present: that they're racists.

One thing to note is that they are crybullies. This term perfectly encapsulates their nature. It is even in their own "Rules for radicals" which states that you must blame your opponents for the actions you yourself are doing.
So when they want to be bigots and not tolerate you, they call you an intolerant bigot, because that is what they are.
