After playing with Midjourney for a couple days I feel that AI development needs strong guide rails. Shits going to blow up like a nuclear bomb. From fake video footage that will convince people of a political agenda, to automated scams from AI bots indistinguishable from humans, the potential for abuse cannot be exaggerated. Just because you are contributing to an open source project doesn't mean you should abdicate all responsibility for the outcome of your work.
