Feels like that misses the point by a huge margin.
Some people, rightly, worry that they would spend a lot of time and money to enter a market that's filled with people who entered the market earlier in their life - By 30+, if you're looking for a job, you're expected to have experience in the field. Why would a company want to hire a 30+ person who will retire in 35 years and has the same experience as their other option, a 25 year old who will spend an extra 5+ years with the company, can likely be hired cheaper and has the same learning and experience?

Plus, a lot of people, at 30+, already have jobs. Most of them don't have time to take a full time, 4 year course in something without leaving that job, meaning they are essentially pouring their savings and time into a gamble that they'll come out with a degree and be able to get a job in the field they "Love", assuming they don't hate it by the end of their education.

Some of these people will also be supporting families... I mean, this list of good reasons goes on and on. These: "Just do it! Take risks!" quotes are so empty. So utterly vapid. By all means, take the risks in life, but remember that the world still turns because there's millions of people out there every day not taking the risks and getting the jobs done.
