To bad he was never in a position of power to end any wars or call out military profiteers on days that are not his last day in office.

The quote doesn't have the best merit, beyond a PR stunt. Dwight, living when he did, knows the power of the gun, and what it can bring to the table in regards to force equalization. Furthermore, he could've just created a much better quote focusing on 'service to others', somewhat like Kennedy,"ask not what your country can do for you.....".

The idea of 'guns' being labeled as a weapon of mass destruction, or even the ability to cause disproportionate harm in so many ways, are the thoughts of ignorance; which are numerous today.

He was a cuck anyway

Sure, naming off inanimate objects as the evil of the world, but failing to mention needing to curb the very nature of mankind, or fractional reserve banking... a p.r. cuck, lol!

War is extremely wasteful, as is excess preparation for it.

cui bono??? Banks and politicians are who benefits; perhaps should the human race ever decide to not fight for their causes, then war will end. Outlawing, or buying into the bullshit they peddle before hand won't help; just another created narrative.

This is how the elites think:

If we feed the hungry and clothe the cold. How will we control population numbers? We need guns and bombs to maintain them periodically. Otherwise they grow unruly, like right now!

And in the beginning of war, people say:

Hell yeah! My country fuck yeah! FTW! Lets go fight against those foreigners in a blaze of glory.

Then they start screaming:

ZOMG! WTF have we chosen, our legs are being blown off and people are dying. This isn't war! This is murder.

And the elite finish with:

Well, that was justified. Because we won, we might be the wrong side but we will say that we are right! Nobody will know till the next time.

What everyone should actually think:

Perhaps over-population is an issue solved with technical competence and expanded traveling capabilities into deeper space. New and proper governing structures could be established upon removing the old ignorant ones that led us into this mess in the first place!

This is why I think gun ownership should be mandatory. The elite need to hesitate before taking action against us. Simply knowing someone has a musket over their fireplace will make them hesitate.

We feed our dog. We teach it tricks. Make no mistake: if they can legally kill you without cause, you are not a person in their eyes.

Guns don't defuse people any longer. The situation is getting critical, more guns in the oven will just be more buns getting shot! Society is hot-boxing!

For many, that isn't a problem; but from a civic efficiency stand-point- it isn't the optimal solution due to unnecessary collateral damage and added volatility.

Buns getting shot is the whole point. National Guard marches in. Enough friends and family die, the resistance gets emotionally radicalized, and shit will escalate into a type fight we can't even describe.

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I'll just repeat the second half of what i commented on.

It's optimal because it's the only solution. If there was a way of telling the government "No." without a gun, we would have found it by now.

Also: Damn. Why does everybody delete their usernames so fast on this site?
