Trump was on an Epstein flight from NY to Florida a couple of times all before 1998.

Epstein bought the island in 1998. Trump was never on the island.

Trump cut all ties with Epstein in 2004.

Trump helped launch a 2005 criminal investigation of Epstein by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

"I've known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy," Trump told New York magazine in 2002. "He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it—Jeffrey enjoys his social life."

Sounds like Trump was aware of and supportive of Epstein's proclivities.

Trump hired Acosta, told him to give epstein a nice deal with no jail time. Blackmailed, no wall or obamacare repeal.

Acosta certainly gave Epstein an unbelievably lenient sentence the first time he was caught.

And Trump has certainly since defended Acosta about his decision. But i hasn't heard that Trump was involved in bringing Acosta to Epstein's defence.

That would be damning if true.

Captain goes down with ship. Hire Acosta= just as guilty

I'm interested in the forces on Acosta at the time.

Nobody thinks, "well this guy has trafficked and raped dozens of kids, so I'll offer him a plea deal and give him home detention" without some powerful person or people letting them know that they have to do that. Or if they themselves are being blackmailed.

Someone is guilty and Acosta knows who. Or at least knows who applied pressure on him on their behalf.

Could be just stupid and doing what he's told, he's a Hispanic let into Harvard and given jobs for diversity reasons. Probably doesn't even know how to read.

He was almost certainly doing what he was told. The interesting question is "who told him what to do?"

Has to be his boss trump. Or if not, that means trump wasn't really in charge, was a puppet.

More likely Epstein got the number of any powerful person he could.

Not all of these people would be close to him or be clients.
