Kind of an interesting question.

How many agents ?

Sometimes Federal Marshals are on planes.

But would have to guess no Federal Marshals were on any of the planes.

The air marshals were created in response to 9/11.

The real question is how many jews were in the towers. A lot of them seemed to know not to show up to work that day.
