Indeed. She's explained in the shortest possible manner the many deranged disinformation talking points by the far right, while also showing her and their massive egos and minimal qualities. She's always been trash, and wrong, but this comment, by her or by some staff member, is remarkably concise. I think it's an excellent summary, from someone in an alternate MAGAtard universe that most Americans don't see on social media and elsewhere.

Politicians are regularly asked to return classified documents. Biden did, immediately. (He's been in politics for decades and in the past few decades there was not the same diligence for sorting one's papers.) Trump refused to return his documents and he shared them openly with people without security clearance. THAT's the crime. This is another lie. Hunter's property was always private and no one should have had the right to share that private information. It is a legal obligation in the US to try to protect the privacy of its citizens. The public does not have the moral right to view his private materials.

Increasing the word count of your responses does not validate them, nor does a personal attack on my intelligence.

It is indeed perfectly acceptable for politicians to hold documents in their possession and return them on request. The difference here is that Trump is called a criminal for doing the same. I could be wrong but I don't recall Trump refusing to hand over anything, and even if he did, it would likely have been his right to hold documents given to him as an ex-president until asked for them back. You see, what you do is justify the actions of one side using the same reasoning that you condemn the other. It is bizarre and frankly, I'm not sure anyone could lack the self-awareness to do this by accident.

What motivation do you have for defending Hunter fucking Biden of all people? The FBI knew the contents of the laptop and instructed social media giants to withhold the story, a story which would significantly impact the election. The public have a right to be informed. The FBI is also entitled to investigate any suspicious activities, such as those on Hunters laptop. It isn't standard protocol to withhold news when things are suspected, alleged, or under investigation, with the exception perhaps of when it could affect national security, which this did not. In fact, if this were to happen to a candidate not of your liking, I fully believe you would condemn the actions.

I won't defend Trump, but the Dems have tried, and failed, to get him since he was elected. Hell, he's been out of office for almost a whole term and they're still humping that leg. He then used his presidential power of pardon, which is supposed to be used to grant Reprieves where the justice system has been flawed or too harsh, instead to spring his co-conspirators out of jail.

Biden did the opposite, and although he replaced other Trump-appointed US Attorneys, he made an exception for US Attorney David Weiss, because he had the sense of duty to allow the investigation against Hunter to proceed uninterrupted.
