Bloomberg pieces were generally in line with US intelligence as with every international mainstream outlet. For the past couple of months, Bloomberg pieces on China have softened up and have been more focused on truth.

Additionally, ever since the Russian invasion, the US establishment has been softening up on China and asking for their cooperation against Russia. Both Russia and the Chinese see through the pedo tactics now though. Divide and conquer was a tactic that worked in the past against them. China also spends a ton of money to get the pedos to get off their backs.
