The election fraud is real, so they need means to suppress the opposition.
Voting by computer automatically means fraud, but n this case it is even outrageously open.
I think it is to destabilize the country. And is now part of the cvovid reset.

Nor does the extreme censorship and extreme biased media make it go away.
The democrats are a huge fraud, that is how their party works even inside..
It does not mean that the republicans are much better, but the corruption and fraud is different.

You claim that every judge is a corrupt Democrat, the supreme Court that turned down the case and is packed by Republicans is corrupt and full of democrats?

The Judge that refused to toss out the Dominion case in the original post, was appointed by Trump for instance. But he's pretty straightforward in dismissing the arguments.

Powell contends that no reasonable person could conclude that her statements were statements of fact because they “concern the 2020 presidential election, which was both bitter and controversial,” Powell’s Mot. at 38, and were made “as an attorney-advocate for [Powell’s] preferred candidate and in support of her legal and political positions,” ...

I agree that electing judges is a poor way of selecting them.

Politicians are corrupt. Judges should be selected on merit. US is the only country in the world that elects judges, the courts are a fucked up place to do activism because it complicates interpretation of the law.

That doesn't make them bought. It certainly doesn't make the Trump appointees bought by Soros.

But we know from the way you post deepfakes that you're a liar. I assume "the new american" is another of your fake news sites.

And I've heard a lawyer talk those lists of "courts cases blocked" so I know how bullshit those ones are.

Yes, you've established that you link to fake news and faked media.

The Republican National Committee report found several cases in which Democrats used the virus as an excuse to scuttle voter identification rules, flood mailboxes with ballots, and limit poll watching and vote-count observations.

Resulting in almost exactly zero fraudulent votes.

Dominion voting is a Canadian company, started in Ottawa, by Canadians. It has never done business in Venezuela.

So when Trump's liars say that it was created to manipulate elections for Hugo Chavez, that's clearly a lie.

If it damages the business of Dominion, it's actionable.

As a side effect it may limit future attempts to overturn an election with false claims of fraud.

Although in my personal opinion, that all the lawyers involved in the obviously groundless "Kraken" lawsuits that have been chucked out of every court they were brought in, are going to be disbarred will also help.
