A reminder that Roger Stone was convicted of witness tampering for intimidating a friend with similarly New Yorker style hyperbole even after the claimed victim said he never felt intimidated. If you can be convicted even when everyone agrees it was just tough talking, then Cuomo should be declared in insurrection and the army called in to bring New York back into the union, right?
