I don't like government overreach, but the systems that should be fixing this problem are broken because it seems that anti american saboteurs have been elected into the highest positions of these local governments and are literally aiding the terrorists.

Essentially how this mayor has acted :

Portland Mayor : “These riots are out of control and are the fault of Trump’s inaction. Trump isn’t doing enough.”

Violent rioters and arsonists are allowed to be active due to mayor forcing PPB to not intervene.

Trump send in feds to stop unchecked anarchists rioting that Portland leadership is failing to address.

Portland Mayor : “Wtf, these people were peaceful, this is total fascism, they are only violent because the feds are here. We had this under control.”
