In a watertight per curiam decision, that addressed all of Trumps' lawyers arguments, even the really stupid ones.
Quoting heavily for Justices Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. One of whose votes will be needed to for the SCOTUS to take the case, assuming Trump appeals.
