Usually it is Ukrainian rockets killing families of Ukrainians and their children in Donetsk...

Like the cluster of shells that destroyed the University of Economics and Trade in Donetsk back in August. Or the forty rockets from BM-21 ‘Grad’ MLRS that were fired at civilians in the center of Donetsk last December killing over a dozen civilians including an 8 year old boy. This caused quite an international scare. Ukrainian nuclear operator Enerhoatom said a rocket landed 300m (1,000ft) from nuclear reactors at the country's second-largest plant, nearby in the Mykolaiv region, called the South Ukraine plant.

This is far from the 3rd, 4th, or 5th time too. Back in 2017 the entire world had puckered assholes as Ukraine bombed Russian speaking Ukrainians in the more general Donnabas area, causing power outages to water pumps that kept mining shafts from flooding and poisoning the underground water supply with mining chemicals for the entire region. One of those mines is well known to store Soviet nuclear testing waste, as well.

That entire quarter of Ukraine has been leveled a half zone or more times since Ukraine began ruthlessly cleansing the Eastern half of their country from Russian speaking Ukrainians in 2014.
