We have literally done this exact story before. This is the one where u/chipit thought Biden was a traitor, because Biden told his son the night before a meeting with Poroshenko that Biden would be busy in the morning.

I didn't think that was traitorous and chipit didn't stick around to argue his point.

That exact same email is in this story, too.

The allegation here is that Joe Biden sometimes used John.Doe@agency.gov emails - and officials are saying that's quite normal.

I think it makes sense - think about the trillions of emails going to Joe.Biden@whitehouse

If Joe actually wants to be able to reply and have an email conversation, it's not going to happen in Joe.Biden because each reply would get lost in the mess.

So instead, when he wants a reply or to actually conversate, he uses John.Doe@agency

I don't think this is weird or traitorous.

It's not like he has a private email server in his basement - these are dotgov addresses which are going into the correct presidential archive.

It's not like he printed out boxes of documents and left them in a bathroom behind an unlocked door in his hotel.

So, if OP or chipit think there's something going on here, you're gonna need to explain it a bit better than the OP link, which we have already dealt with on saidit

I'm not defending anyone. I agree he probably does do it!

I just don't see why it's bad. If you can explain why it's a bad thing, then we'll see if anyone defends Biden against your accusation.

But no-one has levelled a charge against Biden which would need defending against. I agree he probably did it!
