There is a verse 11, but that's not what it says.

11 You are happy when the sons of man come after you and insult you and say [all] bad about you because of the son of man.
12 Rejoice on that day and be glad, because your reward is [very] great in the skies; this is how they went after the prophets before you.

But, 90% of modern Christians seem to think u/ActuallyNot's verse 11 is in the Bible. That's what he's getting at.
