Could it be that some US attorney office staff are actually still able to do their jobs without political interference/bias?

Do not get too excited. Double jeopardy means he can’t be tried for the same crime twice. This prosecution may just be a coverup. Charge him with everything, give him a year in jail, and now no one else can charge him.
