Unfortunately due to his horrible crimes...It sounds like they are required by law to deem him free and declare him to have served his punishment....and then some, despite living. Also, give him a few hundred million dollars for his violation of Constitutional rights and cruel/unusual abuse.

This kind of thing should also be used as an argument by all other death row inmates, that the state is not competent to carry out executions Constitutionally.

The State of Alabama cannot become a more horrible and torturous butcher than the murders it feels justified in punishing.
