Doctors are fools, and report based on symptoms.
Critical thinking is in short supply.

New born infants are given hepatitis B vaccines in the day they're born.
Do you know anyone who had ever had hep B?
Did they handle newborns?

Of course not, but the nurses and doctors follow protocols, and mindlessly react.
