Fireworks are already legal in Missouri. Bad ass fireworks. Perfectly legal.

More likely, they were key witnesses in a Clinton trial, or something similar. .

The fireworks industry is heavily regulated, but you knew that already. Handling explosives without a license is very illegal, as the BATF will tell you. They raid people all the time. The Clintons had nothing to do with it, but you also knew that before you posted.
