Sorry Alec....you pulled the trigger! The gun was in your hand! If you didn't pull the trigger and you didn't aim the gun at a person then how did the gun go of and how did the bullet travel in the direction of the girl?

That's two separate actions. Pulling the trigger and pointing the gun and your saying you did neither?

I feel bad for Alec, I really do but he has to take responsibility.

Why feel bad for him?

I don't care for Alec Baldwin but to be responsible for the death of that women... he may be a prick, he may be smug and arrogant but I don't wish this upon him.

I really don't think he's the victim in this situation.

He even if you believe it was an accident he was the producer, the culture and safety on set is his responsibility.

Would you feel sorry for the boss of a company who removed the fire escapes to save money then caused a woman to burn alive in one of his buildings?

I agree with you more or less. Based on what I've read, I think he should see jail time. Not probation or house arrest or some BS like that but real time in jail. He is no victim but at the end of the day I don't think he ever thought or wanted someone to die. And I'm sure the guilt and fallout from this will hurt more then any punishment a judge hands down.
