He pulled the trigger.

Let's not start muddying the waters with maybes like he wants.

He murdered a woman.

Someone else loaded the gun so that the woman would be murdered.

You can't prove motive for Baldwin.

Where's the evidence of that?

You have no idea if that is true.

The evidence is that the gun was not prepared properly. That's reckless endangerment with the potential for murder. If there was the potential for murder, the preparation of the gun is evidence of the potential for murder. Even if murder was not intended for a specific person, or if thelive round was in the chamber by accident, the gun was prepared - for whatever reason - for the murder of someone.

Again, where is the evidence the gun was not prepared properly?

You reading something put out by an actor's publicity team is not evidence.

where is the evidence the gun was not prepared properly?

It had a live round in it.

(Please don't bother me with questions like this.)

Why did it have anything in it? Why did he even point it directly at her and pull the trigger? He's a killer. He took that gun, pointed it directly at that woman, and pulled the trigger.

Alexander Rae Baldwin III is the kind of person who wants to take everyone else right to have guns, but still be able to shoot and kill women himself. He's an actor. Don't believe his tears and claims of regret. He's playing a role.

So….you’re saying the ball sack eye idly is makeup???? That inside that ugly shell there’s a beautiful soul about to come shooting out?

Heh. He's the real victim here.

    You have no evidence.

There was absolutely no motivation for him to want to murder her.

Movie sets manage their guns in highly restrictive ways, putting only blanks in them.

    You have no evidence.

She is dead. It's true that all I have is pixels on a screen as 'evidence', as I've neither heard nor seen a single thing about this Alexander Rae Baldwin III character in real life.

    just an accident

but who did mess with that gun
