Wouldn't it have been, like, really really neat though, if the president chose to actually do something about it at any point during the last four years?

Oh but there was, like, a big tax reform bill or something, right? I think the Republicans were working on it for a while. And maybe this would've been a good opportunity to shift the tax burden off working Americans and clean up the tax code, yeah? But what's that? It shifted more of the burden onto working Americans?
