Wow, once again as soon as the evidence comes forward it is revealed that the innocent black guy is not so innocent. He was literally attacking the guy, trying to take his gun away.

This video doesn't really show what he thinks it does, in fact it mostly shows the cameraman lack of ability to hold a camera.

It shows the jogger fighting for the gun (which may or may not have been justified), but doesn't really show what started it.

Without further evidence you can't draw conclusions.

I wouldn't go that far. Some times people see patterns that they expect but aren't necessarily there. Just take a look at saidit and the number of conspiracy theorists.

Good point, good point. If this was like the one in SC where the cop shot the guy running away from arrest over non-payment of child support, in the back, I wouldn't chalk it up to "nother black guy got himself killed, wypepo are all racist". I'm pretty tired of that narrative.

Now I don't know what led up to this, but all this video shows is that he attacked a guy armed with what appears to be a shotgun. I don't know if the guy with a shotgun provoked it or not, but it doesn't matter. Attacking someone who has a shotgun is dumb. Even if the guy provoked it, it's still a stupid way to die. Whatever happened, this video seems to only show that the guy who got shot was dumb.

I don't think we shouldn't be making judgments either way, we don't see what happened behind the truck and the cameraman seems completely incompetent.

Maybe the jogger was justified in believing he was in danger maybe he panicked and the driver had to defend himself, or maybe there's more going on.
