Fried okra and cayenne pepper ~ I thank God this stuff grows in my garden for free. I'm eating it now as part of a late breakfast, with eggs.

    Plain fried okra is different than boiled okra is different than breaded fried okra. Some people, like my father, like it burned a little. I only like it breaded and fried, although I've heard pickled okra is good.

    My great grandmother called it fried okry and corn was rosin ears.
