Someone posted "Razor wire isn't very pro life."

So that means it's a good thing, right?

The federal government is just gonna end up withholding money for things like road repair, same thing they did to Louisiana when they didn't want to play ball with the drinking laws.

The Louisiana Supreme Court decided that, and it at least kind of makes sense to raise the drinking age to help stop drunk driving. I'd hope Texas doesn't back down as this is different, there's no good reason to allow unchecked illegals in. If the feds withhold funding for roads let them. I think the real threat is civil war which we saw in 1861, a legit possibility. Abbot is a wef member and is woke, he probably wants to allow in illegals, he just has to deal with constituents and people are PISSED in Texas cuz of all the crime and rapes from illegals. If abbot does nothing like past governors he gets recalled.

Most people didn't mind when it was a "good law," but the idea that Biden stopping LNG exports in retaliation is being called unprecedented when this sort of tactic is really not.

I think the drinking laws are stupid. Generally everyone ends up drinking alcohol before 21, and it was nice when you could enjoy a beer while driving. The laws passed in the 90s didn't make much of an impact on deaths, but they're huge money makers - a hidden tax - and almost impossible to argue against because invariably some poor sap shows up talking about their dead kid from a drunk driving incident, which obviously happened in spite of the laws, and anyone arguing common sense sounds like a monster.

I hear you, I guess I didn't care as much about the drinking age as this

But Louisiana could have fought it, chose not to . Take it to Supreme Court, is it ok to withhold federal funding like that? Undecided.

Good. Then if the do that then LMAO if TX decides to just tell the feds to fuck off with EvErY thing the infrastructure dollars are hanging on a hook to ensure the state does

So the razor wire is now stopping the immigrants from crossing, and stopping border patrols from bringing those they find into America?
Man... Razor wire is kinda kick arse. Is there anything it can't do!?

It's notoriously bad at seeing why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
