The thing is even though IQs in Africa are low they could still use their 3-5% of the population with high IQs to run things.

But no, such people are persecuted and driven out due to jealously (which is why African immigrants do so well in the west, we get the best).

It's easier in a way for idiots to have a separate minority they have no chance of entering run things than have people who look like them doinf well and remind them everyday of what they haven't achieved.

Same with chinese, 1 billion people and most are idiots, which is why they allow communism to enslave them, but the cream of the crop get out and go to college in the US. Makes people think most Chinese are smart.

African immigrants have no business in any field requiring a high intelligence, not so much because they might have genetic weaknesses (claiming such a thing would be fairly racist), but because the education systems in their countries are incomparable to those in the West. It might be that a single institution anywhere in Africa could be found that is not retarded, but I have never heard of such a place.

No, it is genetic.

IQ is more associated with parent IQ than type of education. This effect is across all races.

Living in a place with seasons means your have to be able to predict patterns and plan for the future so IQs are higher.

But as I say, there are still enough smart people even though the average is low.
