Was this guy one of the ones chasing him though? This was the first shooting.

He was the very first one that attacked Kyle and took a round to the head. I can't confirm the exact words he was saying prior to getting shot but I think he was shouting " Come on shoot me n**ga "

It doesn't look like he attacked him in the video. Following him threateningly and taunting him? Yes. but that is not a threat to life, so it doesn't justify shooting.

But the video is filmed from rather far away so maybe there's more to it.

I'd say he should get his eyes checked, but it might be too late for that.

Or his brain, but that's been splattered. If I was 17, armed, and had a crazy slur-spewing pedo chasing me, I think I'd aim for the head too.
