Ok, here's a thought experiment. Two football teams are having a match. One acts cohesively and works together strategically to beat the other team. The other passes the ball to whoever is nearest ignoring the color of their jerseys. Which team is going to win the match?

My point is, you can ignore race but no one else is going to follow suit. You are simply placing yourself and your group at a disadvantage by doing so.

I don't care if I put my group at a disadvantage. The issue with your football analogy is you think the races are in a competition and a tournament with each other, that's how a racist looks at it sure. I don't look at black people and go "oh no they are going to win what do I do". I just don't care
