Thank god that the first two weeks of January 2024 has the largest sea ice extent for 21 years! Cherry picking that one figure makes everything okay then. No need to mention that it is still hugely below normal.

Or that the 2023 summer extents was the third or fourth lowest in recorded history. And that the 2023 winter extents was also third or fourth lowest in recorded history too.

Definitely no need to mention that sea ice down in Antarctica, has just about tied with the lowest level since records began.

And especially let's not mention the 40+ year trend where the Arctic sea ice is shrinking by almost 4% each decade. Anything that takes more than a week is clearly unimportant, right?
