Time stamped it so it'll take you to the scary part, you can rewind and see the whole thing if you want, but the timestamp shows you the main jist of it.

Sure, he can be using simple metaphor - but regardless of whether he is talking literally or metaphorically, it's how the people making it see it - a bad mindset to work on this project from.
