I don't like windows either but sometimes I have to use it for some software to work.

Which is why I dual boot Windows and Linux. I use Linux 90% of the time.

I need Linux to get free software to work.

Have you tried using Wine to run Windows programs on Linux?

Yes, and I also do virtual machines. Sometimes one works better than the other depending on what it is. Also, workplaces that force you to use windoze suck. They're a big reason why micro$oft is the giant POS overlord they are today.
