The properties of the materials used in a building are determined at normal operating temperatures, so not in fire conditions. As such, no structural properties can be derived and as such there is no guarantee the structure will continue to exist. If you can show the math that this particular building should not have collapsed (and just so you know, I could give you the math for the opposite position), then there is something to discuss, but we all know that you are just a troll sitting in a troll factory, right?
