I'm not sure how it would work but you'all should find a way to unit and throw the inbreds off the ship, fire the politicians, and just make the soccer team government. They sure couldn't do any worse, even if they did nothing but party with hookers and blow all day purchased with tax money they would get more accomplished and run the country cheaper.
