Low.

Perjury has a high penalty, but it is seldom prosecuted.

Depends on who you are and what you were lying about. James Clapper, the former head of the NSA, lied to Congress about spying on Americans and has suffered zero consequences.

Not a legal expert or a lawyer but based on what I've read most people who perjure themselves are not prosecuted.

My own bet in this case is about none and why? Because the whacko rabid left will not allow it. The lying cunt was only doing righteous work after all so the crime does not matter. In that the plan was to humiliate and destroy an innocent man of no concern at all only the result was interest in. BAMN they call it = By Any Means Necessary. Including lying on a national stage in front of lying Congress. This is just one reason upon my discovery I have a whacko leftist in my life = kicked out they go. Several of recent 4-5 years kicked out of my life never to return.
