The lipid nano particles are just the delivery method for getting the mRNA into a cell. That means that the "vaccine" has traveled from the arm, where it was injected and was supposed to stay, down to the ovaries and is presumably entering all of the eggs.

This could potentially make all of the eggs infertile.
