There are a lot easier ways for depopulation, like releasing a deadly virus with a high r0, long incubation time and with asymptomatic cases so it's harder to identify the infected.

The experimental vaxx is more of a money grab.

In terms of purposely inducing infertility, it's possible, but unproven yet. Would be pretty easy to prove using anti-bodies.
