Can't watch the video, but the US had already shoveled tons of cash at Moderna to develop a mRNA swine-flu vaccine....that never materialized. That's where all the talk of taking Moderna's profits away and pretending any help the fed gave Moderna, made them owners of the Covid vax revenue. They exposed all this little known history in their greed filled frenzy.
