The redacted comment ..

You nearly brought tears to my eyes Jack - Long haul truckers make ideal serial killers .. they are out at night when there is little or no supervision, they pick up victims in one state murder them in another and dump the body in still another, which makes it tough for law enforcement when different police departments are working on each murder in different jurisdictions across the country.

Rest areas, truck stops and travel plazas have prostitutes and drug dealers wandering about looking for business, when you are on the highway or at a rest stop you don't know who the stranger in the next truck might be, the FBI's Highway Serial Killings Initiative or HSK has identified more than four hundred suspects and seven hundred and fifty of their victims since the initiative began.

The way forward is to gather the data from every trucker in America's Electronic Logging Device and discover which truckers were at which truck stops when disappearances took place .. very soon suspects will be identified, where after interviews should be conducted, arrests made and executions scheduled.

That this has not happened as yet is because the FBI is running dead like it ran dead on the JFK assassination and the 911 attacks, and until it does happen I intend to continue regarding truckers with the utmost suspicion .. the red dots identify locations where bodies have been found, HAGD :)

I don't know if this is relevant or not, but I have two potential leads for you.

1) FBI and police have also been ineffective on what's known as "The Smiley Face Killers" epidemic which has not been covered in MSM. My personal theory (without much investigation or proof) is that it's a high-connected cult or something like it, such as the Freemasons, blue line of the police, or some kind of jump-in initiation, perhaps even training. https://infogalactic.com/info/Truther#So_many_Smiley_Face_Killers

2) I haven't started reading it yet as I bought a bunch of books in Aug/Sept, including David McGowan's "Programmed To Kill: The Politics Of Serial Murder" . I didn't know it was about serial killers and Vietnam among other things. I just wanted to get McGowan's books before they got to expensive and out of print or banned. I don't know much more about it yet. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=David+McGowan+Programmed+To+Kill

I have got a bit of stuff on the "Smiley Face Killings" .. many white college students across the northern US are believed to have been murdered by a gang that leaves smiley face pictographs at the scene of the crimes.

British artist Ralph Steadman whose art reflects bloodlust and killing, was a known associate of snuff porn Czar Hunter S Thompson, in common with evidence recovered at murder sites he uses block drawings, calligraphy and a mix of upper and lower case characters.

In this montage the monkey's eyebrows resemble those on the Disney characters, their hands appear similar while the lines forming the monkey's tail resemble the children's legs in the artist's rendition, the letter "S" transcribed below the primate's left ear resembles Ralph Steadman's calligraphy, the double "ee" in a missive allegedly recovered at one of the Smiley Murder scenes, resembles the "ee" in the IBM poster.

In each case the calligrapher pens a bar to the right then loops upward and to the left forming the upper part of the letter, then downward and after intercepting his start point he finishes with a hook style upward flourish, the flat bottomed uppercase letter "C" as it appears in the Smiley missive, turns up again in the words "CONTENTS" and "INTRODUCED" in the Ray Bradbury foreword.

The mix of upper and lower characters is another Ralph Steadman trademark like the disembodied eyes, "A CHARGE TO KEEP" was allegedly written in blood at the scene of the alleged massacre of seventeen members of the Children of the Fold religious group in Brownsville, Texas April 3, 1984.

The EA in Steadman as it appears in his signature resembles the EE in KEEP insofar as the first character is smaller than the next, which surely identifies him as the calligrapher, as does his method of tucking a following vowel under the crossbar of a leading capital consonant, as per "To" in TO KEEP and the "Yo" in You can't.

SUNNYVALE, CA –Telling reporters and critics to "stick to the issues that matter," Republican presidential candidate George W Bush declined to answer questions Monday concerning his alleged involvement in a 1984 Brownsville TX, mass murder in which 17 people were ritualistically murdered and skinned.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre was of seventeen Good Ol' Boys who had formed an outlaw motorcycle group in Brownsville of which GWB was a member, and is a different crime than the Children of the Fold op, unless the Onion which was the original source for the COTF incident which is known for bs was joshing, Steadman's art reflects what went on at the TCSM, so we say he was there in company with HST.

Unbeknownst to the Brownsville Bikers a snuff movie producer - HST - invented a plot that they and another biker group were at war, in pursuit of his agenda the bikers were persuaded to attend their clubhouse wearing their Club Colors, whence killers in pig's head masks armed with chainsaws turned up and slaughtered the lot.

We have been unable to locate some of the images .. stay tuned :) Edit.

The monkey is not Disney-esque and that is a terrible and false connection. Disney has their own legacy of corruption, and that terrible illustration is not part of it. So too with Thompson and Steadman. It's hardly an exclusive trademark.

"A charge to keep" seems creepy but also unrelated.

The "ee" is actually VERY similar, in that one instance.

"Bush 'Refuses To Dignify' Mass-Murder Allegations" is an article from The Onion a parody paper. It's funny and had me going for a moment. I was like, "Why haven't I heard about this before!"

"Unbeknownst to them [WHO?] the movie producers [HUH?]..." Switch course, change subject, jump topic... What's going on?

Where did you copy/paste this from?

Waste of time.
