I agree that Remdesivir should not never have been approved in the first place: https://arstechnica.com/science/2020/10/fda-approves-remdesivir-for-covid-19-but-global-study-finds-it-doesnt-work/ and I keep hearing doctors say it causes renal failure, which in turn leads fluid to build up in the lungs and people die of drowning: https://www.bitchute.com/video/HdKYHYYYftsM/.

But beyond how disturbing the drug itself is, how is GLASS getting into the vials? What kind of manufacturing "mistake" could cause this? Is this intentional to ensure the kidney failure that doctors allege it causes? Is it sabotage? I feel like there must be more to this story, and we need a journalist or whistleblower to expose the "more"...
